Strategy Overview
Latios is not seen as much as it used to be due to competition from Mega Salamence and Hydreigon. A Psychic typing is not as useful as it's been in previous years either, and hitting Fighting-types for super effective damage isn't as useful. Its use now primarily stems from its Special Defense, resistances, and useful support movepool, with a hard-hitting Draco Meteor tacked on to make it a threat.
