Seismitoad can hold its own in UU thanks to its great defensive typing and excellent ability in Water Absorb, which gives it a valuable advantage over Swampert. Decent 105 / 75 / 75 bulk and support options in Stealth Rock and Knock Off make it a solid choice for any team. However, it should be noted that Seismitoad's stats, both offensively and defensively, are outclassed by Swampert's. If you're using Seismitoad, be sure to use it alongside Pokemon that appreciate its unique traits. Otherwise, you are usually better off sticking with Swampert.
