Chansey

With Eviolite, Chansey has incredible special bulk and decent physical bulk, making her a very durable support Pokemon. Her enormous base 250 HP stat allows her to pass large Wishes to her teammates, often healing them back to full health. Access to numerous support options such as Heal Bell, Stealth Rock, Toxic, and Thunder Wave means Chansey can support the team in many ways. Chansey's main flaw is that she is incredibly reliant on Eviolite, meaning she lacks the passive recovery of Leftovers and is quite vulnerable to users of Knock Off and Trick. Furthermore, she has no offensive presence outside of Seismic Toss, which can render her setup bait versus dangerous foes. Despite this, Chansey's excellent walling and support capabilities still make her an excellent choice for stall teams.
