Latias

Mega Latias is a force to be reckoned with in 1v1; it acts as a fast Stored Power user with immense bulk, sits in a solid Speed tier that outspeeds Garchomp and Zygarde, and has decent initial power. Furthermore, a wide variety of status moves allow it to cripple Pokemon that may otherwise overwhelm it like Primarina and Incineroar. However, while Mega Latias does have extremely high base stats, its poor typing causes it to be hit super effectively by many prevalent Pokemon like Mega Gardevoir and Mega Charizard X. Additionally, due to its reliance on Calm Mind and Charm, Mega Latias is shut down by bulky Taunt users like Mega Gyarados and Tapu Fini.
