Teddiursa

Teddiursa can boost its mediocre Speed with the combination of a Toxic Orb and Quick Feet, which, in conjunction with its access to Facade, allows it to perform as a fairly fast and powerful sweeper. Quick Feet is a fantastic ability that essentially provides Teddiursa with a Choice Scarf after one turn in exchange for Toxic damage. After Quick Feet is activated, it outspeeds the entire unboosted metagame, and its high Attack stat and prevention of other status make it tough to handle. Despite this, Teddiursa is still outsped by Choice Scarf users, such as Mienfoo, Chinchou, and Pawniard. Teddiursa also has mediocre bulk, which means it can't switch into an attack for fear of being KOed. With Toxic constantly whittling down its health, Teddiursa is very susceptible to priority attacks like the common Mach Punch and Vacuum Wave, both of which are super effective too.
