Starmie

Starmie is a great defensive spinner that matches up well into the common entry hazard setters of the tier and can pivot. Starmie's phenomenal Speed tier and ability to force foes out with its great super effective coverage also make it an exceptional wallbreaker and allow it to take advantage of Analytic. Its bulk uninvested is unimpressive however, limiting opportunities for offensive sets to come into battle or forcing Starmie to click Recover instead of attacking. Specially defensive walls like Registeel, Assault Vest Reuniclus, and Umbreon also prove difficult to beat without Analytic boosts. Starmie has to fear being picked off by First Impression from Golisopod and other naturally fast Pokemon like Raikou and Noivern that can take advantage of Starmie's frailty and force it out.
