Strategy Overview
Yamask's Ghost typing and excellent Defense make it a great stop to Normal- and Fighting-types, and Mummy lets it nullify the useful abilities of contact attackers. Its wide movepool allows it to support its team in many ways, such as with Will-O-Wisp and Toxic Spikes or through Trick Room, which works well with its terrible Speed. However, without Trick Room, Yamask's low Speed hampers its capacity for support. It is also weak to Knock Off, and its low HP and lack of reliable recovery leave it prone to being worn down.
