Whiscash

Whiscash is a pretty mediocre Pokemon despite having a great Water / Ground typing that gives it only one weakness in Grass along with an immunity to Electric-type attacks. Whiscash also has access to Dragon Dance, which gives the niche of a decent physical sweeper. However, outside of its HP, all of Whiscash's stats are mediocre at best. Also, Whiscash's low Speed stat means that even after a Dragon Dance, it can be revenge killed by faster Pokemon or Choice Scarf users, and it needs a lot of team support, as its average Attack keeps it from breaking through bulkier Pokemon. Whiscash is also complete setup bait for Grass-types such as Roselia and Tangela which can take any of its attacks with relative ease. Whiscash is also generally outclassed as a Water-type sweeper by Huntail and as a Dragon Dance sweeper by Fraxure.
