Machamp

Machamp's access to No Guard Dynamic Punch grants it a unique niche among all of the Fighting-types in UU. Its diverse movepool, which includes coverage options such as Knock Off and Heavy Slam, allows Machamp to threaten most Fighting-resistant Pokemon in UU. Unlike most of its competitors, though, Machamp is extremely slow, meaning it can't check threats such as Mamoswine and Crawdaunt. Pokemon such as Infernape, Cobalion, and Heracross can use their better Speed, STAB combination, and setup moves to threaten a much wider range of Pokemon. Conkeldurr provides heavy competition with Machamp as well, as the former's access to Mach Punch allows it to perform well against offensive teams. The only reason to use Machamp over these Fighting-types is Dynamic Punch, which can allow Machamp to simply confuse its way through its usual counters and provide shaky setup opportunities for its teammates.
