Cryogonal

Cryogonal is the most reliable Rapid Spin user in the tier. Its solid Speed tier and Special Attack give it solid offensive presence, and Levitate grants it an immunity to Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Sticky Web, making it far easier to remove them. Cryogonal also has great natural Special Defense, allowing it to check many threatening special attackers such as Floatzel and Electrode and making it one of the best offensive checks to Rotom-F. However, Cryogonal's very poor physical bulk leaves it easily threatened or forced out by even weak physical moves and somewhat vulnerable to Pursuit. Additionally, its weakness to Stealth Rock makes Cryogonal fairly easy to chip away at.
