Chandelure

Chandelure possesses high Special Attack; however, its Special Attack is counterbalanced by its mediocre bulk. It is also checked by a lot of common Pokemon in the Battle Spot Doubles metagame such as Terrakion, Landorus-T, and Gengar. Chandelure's middling speed tier allows it to perform as either a Trick Room setter or Choice Scarf attacker. Unlike most Trick Room setters, Chandelure actually has a strong offensive presence. Chandelure's Choice Scarf set is great against a lot of common Pokemon that like to hide behind Substitute, such as Metagross, Aegislash, and Gengar, which would otherwise check Chandelure pretty hard without a Choice Scarf.
