Strategy Overview
Togepi's typing and good defensive stats may seem appealing, but there is little that differentiates it from Spritzee. Its only saving grace is its access to a single-turn recovery move as well as Fire Blast, which lets it hit Steel-types like Ferroseed, but unless your team is extremely weak to these Pokemon, Spritzee will always be a better choice thanks to its better stats and ability to act as a Wish-passer.
