Strategy Overview
Sudowoodo's access to the coveted combination of Head Smash and Rock Head may seem appealing at first, but this attribute is also shared with Aggron, which is far better due to its secondary typing, Speed, power, and bulk. Other Rock-types such as Carracosta and Lycanroc possess setup moves and have more reliable priority than Sudowoodo. While it does possess some interesting moves such as Wood Hammer and Sucker Punch, Sudowoodo lacks anything to prevent it from being outclassed from its superior Rock-type brethren in PU due to its terrible Speed and average power.
