Strategy Overview
Ribombee makes for an incredibly versatile threat due to its blistering Speed, good typing, and solid movepool. These traits render it capable of fulfilling multiple roles, ranging from an offensive pivot able to support its teammates with Sticky Web to a capable wallbreaker and cleaner with Choice Specs and Quiver Dance, respectively. It can also revenge kill various threats like Sneasel and Archeops. However, Ribombee struggles a lot against Steel- and Fire-types as well as specially defensive walls like Aggron, Magmortar, and Gigalith due to its average Special Attack and relative lack of coverage options.
