Magmortar

Magmortar is a threatening, if niche, wallbreaker in PU thanks to its incredible coverage and very high Special Attack. These allow it to break through many special walls that aim to check Fire-types such as Regirock and Jellicent. Magmortar also has a decent Speed stat, with a Timid nature allowing it to outspeed base 80 Speed Pokemon such as non-Choice Scarf Mesprit. However, Magmortar is still outrun by many common threats such as Basculin and Silvally. Its merely fine Speed combined with its lacking physical bulk make Magmortar relatively simple to revenge kill compared to Charizard, which has much more long-term potential. Finally, Magmortar is forced to choose between being extremely vulnerable to all entry hazards and giving up a boosting item.
