Trevenant

Trevenant is outclassed in many ways by offensive Grass-types such as Victreebel and Torterra, Ghost-types like Golurk, and Tangela in any defensive sets due to Tangela's far better defenses and reliable recovery, especially Regenerator. Trevenant's competition as an attacker all have notable qualities over it such as a better Speed tier and Swords Dance, a superior secondary typing, or Stealth Rock, respectively. Even with Trevenant's access to Natural Cure and Trick, it is not enough to warrant its usage, especially when it's pressured by Pursuit more than its competition.
