Dhelmise

Dhelmise excels as a utility Pokemon thanks to its typing, bulk, and access to Rapid Spin and reliable recovery, providing it with multiple opportunities each game to switch into threats such as Heliolisk and Passimian and remove entry hazards. Dhelmise also has a great matchup against most Stealth Rock setters in the tier, letting it outright prevent Stealth Rock from being set in ideal scenarios. Additionally, thanks to Dhelmise's great Attack stat, it doesn't struggle with passivity issues like Blastoise does; this also lets it run a fearsome Choice Band set capable of dealing with even the sturdiest of physical walls in Steelix and Weezing. However, Dhelmise struggles against the most common and influental Pokemon in the tier in Incineroar and gives it free opportunities to switch in and set up with Swords Dance. Dhelmise also suffers from its terrible Speed tier, leaving it easily revenge killed by faster threats such as Delphox, Flyinium Z Aerodactyl, and Magmortar.
