Swellow

Having the highest Speed stat in the tier and the ability to use both specially and physically offensive sets makes Swellow a force to be reckoned with. Due to Swellow's access to STAB Boomburst and Scrappy, its Choice Specs set is one of the best cleaners in the tier, and coverage in Heat Wave lets it get past Steel-types such as Steelix and Ferroseed. In addition, the combination of its ability Guts and high-Base Power moves in a boosted Facade and Brave Bird also makes it a viable physical attacker. However, such a set is much more easily walled by Rock- and Steel-types than the special set and quickly whittles itself down between self-inflicted status conditions, Stealth Rock, and recoil damage from Brave Bird. The main flaw of Swellow lies in its low overall bulk and bad defensive typing, which often forces it out, limits its sweeping potential, and keeps it from offering almost any defensive niches.
