Kingdra

Kingdra is a very powerful Pokemon under rain, as not many Pokemon resist its attacks. Kingdra's role on a rain team is to be a sweeper that can easily break through Pokemon like Heatran, Landorus-T and Terrakion. However, Kingdra needs rain in order to function; otherwise, it is too slow and weak. Moreover, it is weak to common spread moves like Mega Gardevoir's and Sylveon's Hyper Voice. Kingdra is also easily beaten by common Grass and Water-types such as Milotic, Rotom-W, and Ferrothorn. Factor in the recoil from Life Orb, and Kingdra can be very easy to wear down. Ludicolo often outclasses Kingdra, as it has access to Fake Out and a better secondary typing, though Kingdra shines in having a very powerful spread move that doesn't hit its partner and being more offensive overall.
