Gothitelle

Due to not being able to use Shadow Tag, Gothitelle is seriously outclassed by its fellow PU Psychic-types. Despite having fairly solid Defense, its lack of any exceptional traits and poor Speed make it a fairly poor option for a team compared to Pokemon such as Grumpig, Kadabra, and Duosion, all of which bring far more to a team in the form of unique resistances, revenge killing, and a more effective Calm Mind user, respectively. All Gothitelle can hope to do is trap a foe weak enough to set up on, but this strategy falls to careful switching or simply facing a Dark-type. Although it can break through stall teams somewhat effectively and can be difficult to KO if allowed to set up, Gothitelle is pressured too much by offensive teams and fairly easy to chip away at.
