Strategy Overview
Skiddo is a strange case in that it has a great movepool and stats to take advantage of said movepool, but it struggles to find a use in such a fast-paced tier. Bulk Up, reliable recovery, and good enough coverage isn't enough to make it consistently viable in a tier littered with Flying-types and Poison-types. Skiddo also faces stiff competition from Snivy for an offensive role and Foongus and Ferroseed as a defensive Pokemon.
