Strategy Overview
While Girafarig may sport a rare typing and an expansive movepool, its fairly average stats, vulnerability to Pursuit, and strict competition makes it an overall very mediocre choice. Other Psychic-types such as Musharna, Alolan Raichu, and Jynx outclass any Girafarig sets aiming to set up with Calm Mind or Nasty Plot due to having greater bulk or superior Speed tiers. Stoutland and Dodrio are also tough competition as much stronger physical Normal-type wallbreakers, with Stoutland wielding Scrappy and Dodrio easily outrunning it, and neither are weak to Pursuit.
