Jolteon

Jolteon makes good use of its high Speed stat and decent power on bulky offense teams to threaten faster offense teams. It most notably outpaces Ribombee and other Pokemon like Sneasel and Cinccino. It becomes a nightmare for hyper offensive teams that fail to fit a Ground-type, as they are just frail enough for Jolteon to pressure effectively. However, against bulkier teams, its lesser power is more noticeable, as it struggles to make much progress on its own. This lesser power on top of its frailty allows foes like Gallade to trade with it. Jolteon's coverage options are also terrible, making it easier to pivot around even without an Electric-immune Pokemon, as Jolteon struggles against Ferroseed and Eldegoss regardless.
