Altaria

Altaria works well as a role compressor in PU thanks to its part-Dragon typing, fair bulk, and reliable recovery, which allow it to check even the most popular special attackers in the metagame, like Jellicent and Charizard. With access to both Defog and Heal Bell, Altaria can act well as entry hazard control and a cleric all in one. However, its typing leaves it weak to STAB and coverage moves from common Stealth Rock setters like Gigalith and Mesprit with Dazzling Gleam. It also tends to be quite passive, as it has neither pivot moves to gain momentum for its team nor a threatening offensive presence. On top of that, it's also easily overwhelmed due to its unimpressive stats, especially after its Heavy-Duty Boots has been removed.
