Rapidash suffers from being a Fire-type, having to compete with a lot of other Pokemon that all have the same syndrome: high Attack but no physical STAB, and no offensive movepool to speak of. Rapidash's redeeming factors are Baton Pass and Hypnosis mostly, so try to use these when using Rapidash. You really should only use Rapidash in UU.
