Delibird has some of the worst stats of any fully evolved Pokemon and a terrible defensive typing. Articuno outclasses Delibird in almost every way thanks to its similar movepool paired with some of the best stats in the tier. While Delibird has access to a decent lead movepool that Articuno doesn't get, it is outclassed in this role by other suicide leads such as Accelgor, Froslass, and Kabutops.
